It’s absolutely mainly about the surf!
We’ll spend a good few hours a day in the water each day, so to give you an idea of what a typical day will look like, here’s a sample of our itinerary.
DAY 1
- Sunrise Yoga, including surf preparation for the body and breathwork techniques
- Breakfast at the villa or on the beach
- Rides to the beach for the days surf tuition
- Lunch at the beach or villa
- More surf or chill, then back to the villa for a breakdown of the days surf, new techniques, any feedback
- Massages and therapy/adjustments
- Sunset yoga and dinner
- OR
- Dinner and drinks either at the villa, or in the town where there are plenty of amazing cafes, restaurants and street food places. The food is delicious, as well as nutritious!
